Advanced Workshop - Throwing Large Parts
Want to improve your throwing skills and learn how to turn larger pieces? The workshop aims to improve your throwing techniques for large pieces weighing 2 to 3 kg.
This course is aimed at students who have already mastered throwing, and are comfortable throwing parts up to 1 kg.
When: Monday, August 12 at 2 p.m. with Oriana. The workshop lasts 3 hours.
A minimum of 5 registrations is required for the workshop to take place.

We recommend that you arrive a few minutes before class starts and wait in our café area. Take the opportunity to grab a bite to eat or order a coffee if you wish! You will be able to enter the studio at the scheduled time of your lesson.
This pottery class is for adults only (teenagers aged 13 and over are accepted if accompanied by an adult). For the little ones, check out our workshops for children or parent-child!
Some recommendations before making pottery
- Have short fingernails
- Do not wear rings, bracelets or watches
- Wear clothes and shoes suitable for a workshop. It is recommended to bring an apron or cloths to dry your hands
- Clean your hands when entering the workshop
- Thoroughly clean the equipment you will use during lessons

We do not provide any refunds except in the event of cancellation by Les Faiseurs.
If you are unable to attend the date chosen for your workshop, please notify us by email at least one week in advance in order to move your workshop free of charge. A fee of $15 per person will apply for any transfer requested less than 7 days in advance, but more than 48 hours for introductory pottery workshops. For introductory ceramics days, the fee will be $30.
If you have to cancel with less than 48 hours notice, it will unfortunately not be possible to move or refund your workshop. We recommend that you try to find someone in your circle to take your place if this is the case.
A minimum of 4 registrations is required for the course to take place.
