Refund policy
There are no refunds except in the case of cancellation by Les Faiseurs.
If you are unable to attend your workshop on the chosen date, please notify us by e-mail at least one week in advance so that we can reschedule your workshop free of charge. We are a small company and offer courses in small groups of 6 to 8 people, so the one-week delay is necessary so that we can find a new participant to replace you in the course.
A fee of $15 per person will apply for any transfer requested less than 7 days in advance, but more than 48 hours in advance for introductory pottery workshops. For ceramic initiation days, the fee will be $30.
If you have to cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, it will unfortunately not be possible to reschedule or refund your workshop. We recommend that you try to find someone you know to take your place if this is the case. This policy applies even in the case of respiratory illnesses or viruses, as there are no government isolation guidelines currently in effect. If you have symptoms of a respiratory virus, we recommend that you wear a mask.
With winter temperatures, you should know that our space is easily accessible by public transport and that we don't cancel classes in winter, even if there are snowstorms. Weather is therefore not a valid reason for cancellation, and we recommend that you take this information into account before booking if you live far from our workshop.
For course sessions, it is absolutely necessary to notify us more than one week before the start of the session so that we can put the place back on sale. Less than one week before or after the start of the session, it is not possible to reschedule or cancel.
